Wires-X on XLX204 acts as an YSF Master, which provides 26 Wires-X rooms: 00001(=A) to 00026(=Z)

Technical summary
The new generation XLX Reflector, written by Jean-Luc LX3JL (github.com/lx3jl/xlxd), support D-Start - DMR - C4FM (YSF & WiresX).To make it fully - Multi Protocol - functional, hardware AMBE Vocoders need to be added. AMBE Vocoders translate audio AMBE+ (D-Star) to AMBE2+ (DMR/C4FM) and vise-versa. XLX204 has a number of AMBE-3003 Vocoders, so multiple Modules can be translated simultaneous.
When XLX Reflectors ars XLXinterLinked, each Reflector must have its own AMBE Vocoders to work fully Multi Mode on the interLinked module(s). AMBE+ and AMBE2+ is then broadcast on the interlink(s). This is the default behaviour by design. See XLX204 Modification.
Modification: The XLX204 xlxd software is modified to also transcode AMBE+ (D-Star) incomming XLXinterLink trafic.
By this change all other XLXinterLinked Reflectors (XLX007 - XLX088) don't need hardware AMBE Vocoders. XLX204 acts as a facilitating AMBE server on XLXinterLinked Modules.
